How do I find out about the geological structure of the Czech Republic?

Where can I find information to prepare a seminar or university thesis on geology?

Visit the CGS library and archives, where publications, maps, research reports are available for loan and where access to periodical databases is provided. Publications and maps produced by the CGS can be purchased in our online shop or in the Geological Bookstore. Journals published by the CGS are available online free of charge for your study as well.

Are the geological processes involved in the formation of geological phenomena depicted anywhere?

Where can I buy geoscience publications and maps?

Geoscientific books and maps can be purchased in the Geological Bookstore at CGS Headquarters in Prague, Klárov or in the CGS eShop.
