Maps and data
The Czech Geological Survey (CGS) conducts regional geological research combined with mapping, which serves as a basis for compiling and publishing a wide range of geological and thematic geoscience maps. All collected and produced data are stored in specialized databases and provided online to the public via web services, applications or solely as data. Printed and manuscript maps are also available for loan from the CGS Map Archive or for purchase in the CGS eShop or CGS Geological Bookstore at CGS headquarters.
