The CGS staff members took part in the reconnaissance of the landslide near Hřebeč

On April 1, 2006, the CGS specialists made the reconnaissance of the landslide above the east portal of the road tunnel near Hřebeč. There were also the ministers of the Government of the Czech Republic, Ing. M. Šimonovský and Mgr. R. Martínek, who took part in this activities. The landslide, which caused the diversion of the traffic on an important flowline Svitavy – Olomouc, will become an object of actual geological works beginning with April 3, namely the CGS conducting them, researching possibilities of the development of landsliding, engineering survey, and striving for stabilization actions.
