Prof. F.-W. Wellmer, President of EuroGeoSurveys, sent on the occassion of the spreading of the European Union on May 1st, 2004, a salutation letter to geological surveys from the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, and Poland, who are already member of EuroGeoSurvey, now as full members within this organisation.
