The map application the Interesting Geosites of the Czech Republic can be accessed via the secure protocol https since the beginning of September 2016. The main reason for this is that web browsers are beginning to block geolocation functions for unsecured web pages (loaded by the http protocol). Users of such pages cannot see their position in the map provided by GPS.
If the above paragraph makes no sense for you do not worry. The only important fact is that you should use the new address https://mapy.geology.cz/geosites instead of the old one http://mapy.geology.cz/zajimavosti.
Please, use the new address in any links and texts concerning this application.
