Joint Windows Server course in Banja Luka: a step towards modern geological data management

On May 27–29, 2024, a course entitled Introduction to Windows Server Administration was held in Banja Luka as part of the project Innovation of Geological Information Systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Five employees from the Geological Service of the Republic of Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina took part in the course.
The training focused on the implementation and maintenance of smaller computer networks, which is an important step towards modern geological data management and ensuring the reliable operation of IT infrastructure.
The successful course will be followed by further specialized training in the coming period, which will further strengthen the technical skills of employees of partner organizations.
