The latest Czech Geological Survey Annual Report includes not only usual chapters dealing with various fields of our activity, but wide range of additional information as well. Whereas the CGS Annual Report for the last years was focused on the 90th anniversary of the CGS foundation, and consequently contained also brief historical overviews, the actual version devotes much space mainly to up-to-date events and projects, as well as to the people backing up our successful activities. Nevertheless, we have not forgotten their predecessors - the interview with the respected Czech geologist Arnošt Dudek is the best evidence.
